   Talalay natural latex perfectly balances comfort, relaxation, and back support, allowing you to sleep deeply and experience true peace and relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed every morning. Omazz® natural latex provides instant comfort as it naturally conforms to your body shape, providing gentle back support and comfort while relieving tension points (body pressure) up to 200% better than conventional latex foam mattresses, spring mattresses, or other types of mattresses. Natural Talatech latex foam provides superior comfort, ensuring you wake up feeling fully refreshed and ready to take on any challenge of the day.

   Ingredients: Natural latex tapped from rubber trees (in the same way maple trees are tapped for sap). Then, natural latex, air, and purified water are mixed with a water softener. The rubber is vulcanized in a specified quantity in a stainless steel tank controlled by an automated robotic temperature control system before being checked for quality based on pH, viscosity and temperature. 

   Molding: The resulting mixture is passed to a molding press, where it is whipped to an ice cream-like consistency before being injected by a robot into an aluminum needle mold. These needles create Omazz®'s unique air-permeable structure. The size of the aluminum needles, the spacing between the needles, and the amount of latex injected create different concentrations or levels of density. The robotic production system dispenses the mixture evenly into the molds, controlled by a sophisticated computer system, to ensure the consistency of the final foam. Before the molds are locked, air is removed, and the mold cavities are filled with latex. The latex is then chilled to -20 degrees Fahrenheit. Freezing (a patented technique for the Talatech foam manufacturing process) prevents latex particles from settling and creates a honeycomb structure with microscopic, open-cell air pockets within the foam. This aeration and freezing process are key differences between authentic Talatech and other latexes. In authentic Talatech, a small amount of the mixture is slowly poured into the mold cavities before the air is removed, ensuring a smooth, uniform mixture inside the mold. This creates a beautifully rounded, microscopic honeycomb structure. The mold is then rapidly frozen to hold the structure in place and prevent latex particles from settling. Finally, air is infused into the latex to transform it into natural foam. The mold is then heated to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.

   Cleaning: Omazz®'s Talatech natural latex foam maintains its elasticity for the life of the product, without the need for compression molding. Our blend won't break down or collapse like traditional fibers or down products. Our pre-heat cleaning process enhances durability and comfort by removing soap residue, latex stabilizers, and proteins that can cause premature softening. Omazz® is one of the few mattress manufacturers in the world to thoroughly clean every pillow and every natural foam layer in every mattress. Our latex pillows are removed from the mold and placed on a conveyor belt. The pillow is then transported through a five-step rinsing process (with 12 water jets at each stage) to remove soap residue, latex stabilizers, and proteins. At each stage, the pillow is compressed to 4% of its original thickness to remove as much of the remaining material from the product as possible. Protein rinsing is crucial for sleep hygiene, as protein is a residue found in natural materials like latex, which feed and attract dust mites and bacteria that colonize in mattresses. For this reason, Omazz® takes care at every step to ensure that Omazz® Talatech latex foam is pure and free from contaminants that can breed dust mites, a common allergen in your home. 

   Drying: Latex foam pillows are transported to an 8-lane dryer to heat and remove any remaining moisture from the product. The dryer features a concave belt, ideal for maintaining the pillow's shape and each layer of natural foam.

   Quality Testing: Once dry, each pillow is inspected by automated robots for defects and to ensure its Intrinsic Firmness (ILD) meets our stringent quality control standards. Deep, natural sleep on the Omazz® Talatech pillow is the most natural sleep experience in the world. We guarantee a deeper, more restful sleep on our premium natural latex foam pillow, made from natural latex. This pillow provides gentle support for the delicate neck and head, while providing comfort to the upper shoulders for a healthy sleep.
